We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated with your experience. We reviewed the order and want to clarify the timeline. The order was placed on the 14th and was canceled that same day before it could be fulfilled or shipped. The refund was also processed on the 14th and sent back to Klarna, the payment provider used for the order. Because the refund was issued the same day the order was canceled, it did not take weeks for CareBox to process the refund. Any additional time for the funds to appear in your account would have been dependent on Klarna’s processing time.
