This is my overall review of carebox now that I’ve received some (yes, SOME!) of my medication. They’re product is legitimate, you will eventually receive it. I don’t know what these other reviews are experiencing with it being easy and being contacted with instructions. I placed and was approved for my order September 19th. I did not actually receive any medication till October 7th. I was supposed to receive two vials. I only recieved one. I just talked to customer care and they are creating a ticket. I had to email multiple times and call multiple times, both the pharmacy and carebox before I got my prescription sent to a different pharmacy on October 2nd, finally receiving an actual tangible update. Their prices are really good so if this gets fixed and I don’t have any other issues with them I’ll stay on but I have cried over the frustration of dealing with this company. After finally receiving my prescription its one vial short and I have to go through the customer service process again. If you can wait to start and are okay with some headaches this is a good company price wise. That is the only positive i experienced- and their customer service is fast and professional with replies but they don’t always have the answers.

We’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how upsetting it is to wait that long for your medication, especially after having to reach out multiple times and then receiving only one of the two vials you were expecting. We’d really like the opportunity to look into your account and see exactly what happened with the prescription, pharmacy transfer, and missing vial. We’ve asked you for some additional information so we can locate your account and review this with our team. We appreciate you taking the time to share the details of your experience. We’re glad our customer care team has been responsive when you’ve reached out, but we understand that quick replies don’t mean much when you’re still waiting for a resolution. We hope we can get this sorted out for you and give you a better experience moving forward. If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at (833) 278-1062—we’re always here to help! -CareBox Team

I ordered on sep15 2026 and it’s Oct 7 th and I still have not received my meds and I called on sept 25 th to ask why and she said she wasn’t sure why and that she put it in again and I should receive it soon. Then I got a message in the portal saying I had to talk with a Dr first and made the appointment for today at 2:10 pm. I’ve been getting reminder text about the appointment that I had to wait a week for and no one called me !! I spent the next 20 minutes on hold and finally pushed 1 for a call back. I haven’t received it yet so I just called at 5 pm and the lady was nice but said they are having problems with their providers. She made me an appointment for tomorrow at 11:30 am pacific time as I’m in Washington state. She said she will return my call to tell me what’s going on as soon as she gets the ticket. What the ticket is, I have no idea. I really hope this is a real business and that a Dr calls tomorrow. I will definitely let everyone on here know if I did get the Dr s call and if customer service calls me back and I told her they better not even try to charge me again on the 15 th if I have not received my first month yet !!! I’ll update tomorrow

We’re very sorry for the frustration and delays you experienced. We did have issues with some of our medical provider links and appointment scheduling, and unfortunately, your experience was affected by that. We understand how frustrating it was to wait for your appointment, receive reminders, and then not have the appointment take place as expected. We also understand your concerns about your medication. We’re sorry you had to spend additional time on hold and make multiple calls to get answers. Our team was working to get your provider appointment scheduled and get the issue with your account resolved. We appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened, and we hope we’re able to get everything resolved for you and provide a much better experience moving forward. If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at (833) 278-1062—we’re always here to help! -CareBox Team
