Care.com is great all my jobs being so excellent through them, customer service is wonderful

I was under the impression that the background check and care.com in general would not allow someone with a criminal record and charges of elder abuse sign up as a care giver. I had a lady come to my house and work as babysitter that I later found out has a lengthy criminal record. Yes, she was convicted of elder abuse and I was going to use her as a nanny for my 4 month old baby. Luckily I got a bad feeling a few meetings in and stopped using her. Care.com is NOT to be trusted. You must do your own background check & always trust your mom gut.

It was very easy to use Care.com. There was many providers to choose from.

Care.com put me in touch with qualified applicants in the area and was easy to use. I liked that I could read reviews for the providers. I would recommend!

I got at 10 contacts for the housekeeping job but only 3 were conducive for the position. I was surprised how many people applied who lived 1.5 hours from me! This was my first time using Care.com but everything went well and I hired the first person who applied. I didn't like that large company where applying. I felt at ease with the system and was happy with the results.
