Got nearly immediate responses from multiple well qualified independent care givers without dealing with an agency contract, so able to have greater flexibility in hours, number of shifts, etc. Able to quickly find a wonderful caregiver that is also geographically close to my parents and has been a godsend for me.

I am a retired college professor who enjoys children and I have had a blast providing occasional childcare and senior care for families. They are SO appreciative of having a caring, responsible person caring for their children or older adults when they are on vacation or just need an evening out! The payments serve as my “travel fund” so it is clearly a win-win situation!

Care definitely gets you access to a lot of care givers. It is super helpful to see how many folks are out there. I like the feature where it shows all the things they offer primarily and then other services they can provide if wanted/needed.

Easy to navigate website/app. I get periodic reminders to update my availability, add photos or reviews to my profile, and other helpful hints to improve my visibility to care seekers. The app has excellent messaging and video feature so interviews can be held in app without providing personal contact information. The onboarding process was simple and fast and included a background check. Overall, I am very pleased with the app. and the jobs I have gotten through it.

It is really effective and safe.
