Care.comReviews of care.com

Aside from a couple job descriptions not being clear, all of my interviews and jobs I got were great. It seems that people contacted me when I was available and my circumstances were perfect for my other responsibilities in life. I’m sure God plays a big part in that factor, as I am a Christian. I have really enjoyed working through obtaining jobs through Care.com

Would recommend to others for vetting caregivers. Not worth keeping the subscription long term. Daycares don't seem to be vetted. More like sponsored listings.

It is a great help to be able to get extra help for our household chores. Adrianna seems to be the perfect person for our needs.

Easy to navigate the system. Safe guards you with bogus People. Love the website

Care.com has consistently delivered an excellent experience, combining professionalism with a genuine understanding of what a family household truly needs. Their customer care team is attentive, responsive, and committed to helping families find the right support with ease and confidence. What I value most is their ability to listen, understand unique household dynamics, and provide solutions that feel personalized and reliable. The platform is easy to use, the service is trustworthy, and the overall experience has exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for any family seeking dependable, high‑quality care services.

Found a great provider, but I didn’t like that once I marked a job hired it didn’t stop other people from applying

The website is easy to use. The reason I put 4 stars is not you-its the applicants. For 2 applicants, when I contacted them the wanted $10 an hour more than they listed. One applicant accepted the job, then the day before she was to start, she sent me a message that we were too far away. It took us another week to find the right applicant.

The app is practical for finding work; everything is very well explained for both those offering and those needing services. The app is helping me a lot; many people offer my services, and the clients are satisfied with the clean houses.
