Finally, a web site that focuses on putting together people needing caregivers and caregivers needing employment! I just wish I had known about this site before now. I have been hiring caregivers for 5 years now to help care for my mother. I have used word of mouth and newspaper ads and, as such, have found several wonderful caregivers and a couple of not-so-great matches, including one very bad experience. That is not to say the same thing could not happen here, but... with one ad I found at least 6 qualified potential caregivers to interview. Never have I had such choice. I've just hired one of them, and expect we will have a great experience with her. Thank you care.com!
