Care has helped us out tremendously in finding someone to watch our child during the summer. I've just started Care.com to look for a pet-sitter. I'm amazed at the responses I have gotten! I also like the easy way you can opt out of somebody with the "no thanks" button. Using this service has really made this a much easier process for me than before, when I had no service to use at all. All in all, a good service. I have not yet used anybody found on the site, but will be in the very near future.

I had one applicant from out of state, and Care would not offer a refund I had a much better pool of applicants from Craig's List.

I have enjoyed every part of the Care App. My only complaint was being inundated with emails right at the beginning. They were hard to go through and organize. I should have deleted them all and only used the app. It has been much more user friendly.

We have posted a job and have messaged a number of care providers. So far we have been underwhelmed with the amount of responses. We are about 4 days into this so let's see what happens over the next month or so- the position we are trying to fill starts in August.

Your core service is great and very useful. However, your constant emails are so annoying i may have to cancel service. I bought it. I like it. I use it. It is not going to become an integral part of my life. Lighten up, is my suggestion. Spend that money looking for new customers.

Very easy to sign up, but based on the my location - Petoskey, MI - I am not sure if I am going to see the results I was hoping for based on the amount I paid for a 1 month subscriptions. I will try to stay positive about a good response, but I am not currently happy about the resources.
