Hi Jessica, we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty finding part time help. Caregivers availability does vary by the individual. Have you tried posting a job stating specifically you are only looking for part time help? Please let us know if we can help in any way!

Hi Lisa, we apologize for your experience. We do have a free basic membership that allows you to post a job and search for caregivers in your area and is a great resource in the early process of your search. The premium membership gives you the ability to contact the caregivers, check references and run background checks. Individual caregivers will list their price based on your area and their experience and this does vary. Our call volumes have been extremely high lately and we understand your frustration. We do call back when it is requested and are sorry if you did not receive a call back from us. If you would like to send us an email with your information to [email protected], we would be more than happy to have one of our Member Care representatives follow up with you.
