Hi Dolores, If you are concerned that your job is not posted please take a moment to email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to take a look at your account. Additionally, you can always view this information yourself by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Jobs" link from the left panel. You'll then see your current job and any previous jobs if you've posted before. All posted jobs will be labeled as "Open". Jobs labeled as"Closed" or "Pending" would indicate that they are not posted, and do not appear in search results. I hope that helps and wish you all the best with your search!

Hi Heather, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry that you haven't found any suitable caregivers. If you have any questions about the going child care rates in your area be sure to take a look at our online babysitting rate calculator. Hopefully, by using this tool, you and your desired caregiver can come up with an acceptable pay rate. Additionally, for those caregivers that have not responded, we encourage you to move onto other caregivers so you are not wasting time waiting for a response. Hi Theresa, We truly appreciate your membership and are thrilled to hear that you have found some reliable caregivers for your mother. We also understand that out of pocket costs for care can be costly. With that said, typically memberships are nonrefundable however, we would be happy to review your account to see if there's anything we can do. Please email us at [email protected]. Furthermore, if you do decide renew your membership please note that you can set your account to downgrade the very next day you start your membership. This will allow you to have access to your Premium Membership benefits, and then at the end of your billing cycle your account will automatically downgrade to a free Basic membership instead of automatically renewing your membership. Or, to make it easy just email us when you upgrade your membership and ask us to downgrade your account, and we will be happy to take care of that for you!
