The process of listing my need and then seeing applicants works well. From there, it was a little confusing about how to connect with a person that you were interested in and then what to do with the others after you chose someone.

Being a user of the website/app for over 6 years, I definitely see a lot of improvement on the search engine and messages tools. My only complaint is that I feel like the app allows users on the family side to have not accurate information on the job posting (regarding schedule for example - a family will add hours from 6am-6pm mon-fri and then when talking to the family they will say they need a completely different schedule, which is super misleading and a waste of time for the applicants). Also, lots of generic job descriptions and messages left on read by families which I think the app should encourage that not to happen.

I purchased the premium plan and have not been able to access the website. It keeps asking for another payment 🤨 I am very angry and disappointed! I paid the 26.63/86 and still nothing! Then there’s no one to contact for a refund!

I love the fact that I am able to interact with potential clients wanting to hire help for a loved one, that I can answer any of their questions, and we can set up Meet and Greets, and then we each move forward either way. My only frustration is when I fill out a maximum mile search radius (I enter a certain travel mile range away), but it gives offerings that are well over my travel mile range and therefore slows down my search. It's not a huge deal, just a little frustrating. But it's still a really helpful tool to keep me working! :)

I have used Care.com 3 times. 4 years ago I hired a caregiver for my father. The woman I hired was with us for 4 years and was amazing. She recently had to stop working for us due to health issues. I returned to Care to look for another caregiver and I hired someone last week. I also found an outstanding house cleaning service on Care. The website ia easy to navigate, fees are reasonable and I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Care.com is an active and legitimate platform, but you must be highly cautious when contacting people, as scammers and unsafe individuals can use the site just like any other job board.

I don't care for the fact that employers can leave a rating but caregivers cannot leave a rating for employers. Also, those seeking help tend to wait a long time to respond if ever while their account shows they are in need of care.The overall experience is good. I've used you for years and have had luck with it. Also, the site is easy to navigate.
