It was our first time using this app and it was reassuring to know the caregivers are background checked. It also verifies the parents identity which I think adds another level of protection for the caregiver. We found a great caregiver that our children felt comfortable with. Overall, I would recommend.

It is very helpful to know that I am reviewing candidates that are pre-qualified; confidentiality is maintained until both the candidate and I decide to move forward. The only suggestion I have is to not receive an individual email from every candidate. It overwhelms my emails, and I prefer to look at them on the Care.com website. All in all I find it helpful, affordable, and professional. Thanks for helping me to manage my home easier and more timely. God bless you in your services and families.

They will not let you cancel your membership and then you can’t get a refund or talk to anyone unless it’s m-f 9-5 even though they say support is 24/7
