Absolutely a fraudulent company! I am a business ,try to poest an ad for one month looking for applicants. They took my 150$ let my ad run for 20 days. As soon as i started communicating with potential applicants for my business, they shut my subscription down. No expalanation, just more money to unlock my info. No more contact with applicants, nothing. Tryed to call, they gave me a run around, they tryed to take more money from my credit card the whole 20 days. I had to get a new card a file a claim against them so they would not try to take more money!!! They are scammers! Do Not Use This So Called Business!!!!

So, I have been taking care of a total of 5 dogs and 1 cat at Care.com. And I did pay for membership but it did take 300+ applies because it's not easy to just find the right people who wants to give you a shot. And now I have good reviews. Legit site, would be much better with an app. Therefore 3 stars, better construction and so on. Saw someone here rating 1 star because he/she didn't get someone hired within 24 hours. It is not like that, you got to have patience like anything else you want to become good in life

Sooooo messed up lol! I had someone that was interested in hiring me for a job. We sent about 3 messages to each other about discussing the position. They asked me when Is a good time to call me and to give them the best number to reach me at. I went to message them my info and BAM!!! Care.com kept giving me an upgrade page in order to continue to talk to the other person instead of letting me proceed to give the employer my contact info. That’s so rude because now it makes me look unreliable to the employer and I don’t really have a way of contacting them to explain what happened so pretty much an opportunity lost because of greedy companies like this. I’m deleting my account right after I post this review.

I attempted to book/contact at least 5 people through care.com within the first 24 hours. All people who supposedly were active in their memberships and logging in. The job was a sweet, easy, very typical house cleaning. NOT A SINGLE PERSON REPLIED. I don't even know if the memberships were real people. I immediately asked that they refund my card and cancel the nonexistent service. They clearly make their money of off first time subscribers because they didn't even entertain it, and told me that my subscription ended in a month as if saying we can't give you a refund for a product we have no intention of delivering but the good news is we won't charge you twice for something that doesn't exist. I called my credit card company and told them of the situation and they had it reversed.

Im a UK subscriber and if your thinking of joining this ridiculous outfit DO NOT!!!!!!!I joined well over a month ago as a Professional Housekeeper with 12 years plus of experience,excellent current references and a completely clean CRB check to this month. I needed some extra work as clients move,financially can't afford a Housekeeper or sadly pass away. So with this in mind I joined this Company paid extra to upgrade my profile applied to at least 50 or more of these alleged jobs with absolutely ZERO response. I emailed them several times getting a generic,impersonal reply. I really don't think these jobs are genuine or even exist. Oh another thing they do is go on your private Inbox Messages you have with them and randomly remove jobs at will you've applied for ??? Please do not waste your time or money with this organisation. I was excited at first then realised that these jobs don't exist in my humble opinion.Complete farce which is so disappointing when you are genuinely looking for work.

Site plus que mauvais, car aucun contrôle des adhérents, ma fille vient de se faire escroquer de 800 €, car elle s’était inscrite étant que baby-sitter, on lui a proposer un poste et elle a été victime d'une personne frauduleuse. Il y a aucun contrôle préalable, et aucune compassion envers les victime. Site à fuir absolument !

Do not understand the business model of these shysters. We needed coverage over Thanksgiving of 2018 because of family commitments. We had a women come for like, 8 hours over 2 days (she was GREAT.....and she was not the problem). We paid $39 to get the aide, but then, they never stopped charging us. We were charged $39 a month, every month since LAST NOVEMBER. This company has created a profit machine. They took our money and we got NOTHING for that money. Do not use these charlatans. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The people contacted would either not respond or simply stop responding after agreeing to an interview. None were worth the time and expense of the membership
