Buyer be ware!!! They claim to vet their babysitters, that is so not the case. I have used 4 people off of care.com the first two were awesome the third was a disaster she was 45 brought her drug addicted boyfriend with her everyday to sit in the car, while she picked up my kids from school and watched them until I got home. My kids teachers and neighbors told me, I literally had to move to get away from them! The fourth was a scammer and con artist who I ended filing a police report on. Don't waste your time using care.com, they don't care and telling them what is happening is pointless.

Via collectant aan de deur erin getrapt. Zou gaan om een project voor waterzuivering, uitgevonden door studenten in Delft. Of ik éénmalig een gift wilde geven. Dan kon ik daarna besluiten of ik dat vaker zou willen doen. Dus geen maandelijks bedrag en ik hoefde het ook niet op te zeggen als ik verder niet wilde bijdragen. Na invullen gegevens kreeg ik een email, waaruit bleek dat het wel om automatische incasso per maand ging en dat ik wel schriftelijk of telefonisch moest afzeggen. Ook bleek het om een grote organisatie te gaan en niet om een specifiek, eenmalig project. Pure leugens!

I signed up for a membership. Care.com posted three extra unauthorized account charges to my credit card in addition to the agreed upon subscription. When I contacted them, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested disputing with my credit card company. They seemed very unconcerned about possible fraud/embezzlement at their company. I’m disputing the charges and having my credit card re-issued to prevent additional fraudulent charges. A couple days later, someone else did contact me and let me know that they had found the error and were issuing a refund.

i subscribed hoping to find someone to help out with my 2 grandchildren. I have incurred several issues: Frist, is that the persons I contact, for the most part, do not even respond. Just give me the courtesy of a quick response saying that doesn't work for me. I also see that they do not log in for weeks or months at a time...why are you even on this site? why isn't there some sort of check and balance for those persons not even checking in for weeks or months on end? Then purge those people. In addition, their profiles are not up to date, so i spend my time sending e-mails to several persons that do not have current info. for ex: one lady answered back "I returned to school 2 years ago"....ugh! what a waste of my time. Take yourself off of care.com!!!! For the most part i have found care.com pretty much useless.

Skulle hjælpe min mor med det, som søgte rengøringshjælp. Næsten ingen svarede tilbage, og de som svarede, dukkede ikke op til første rengøring. Min mor afmeldte, men Care blev ved med at trække i ½ år. Nu sidder jeg og kigger på det. Og selv om Care siger, man kan gå til Data-Instillinger, Luk Konto, så eksisterer 'Luk Konto' ikke under Data-indstillinger. Det er fup! Nu vil jeg sammen med min mors bank undersøge, om vi kan annullere de betalinger, Care har trukket yderligere. Lad være! Mvh Peter

I used the service and I ended up having no clients in my 3 months subscription. Moreover there is a recurring payment that that will take from your card without notice. Avoid, avoid at all cost!!!

Meget useriøst firma, virker som bondefangeri. Jeg påbegyndte oprettelsen af profil, men de så pludselig skulle bede om fødselsdatoerne på vores børn, blev jeg mistænkelig. Tjekkede trustpilot og afbrød så min oprettelse, på trods af det er jeg blevet spammet med 6 mails på under 12 timer

1 ster is al teveel voor deze 'over de rug van mensen die zorg zoeken' verdien site. absoluut niet aan beginnen, is nog erger dan 'hostage malware' omdat er wordt gesuggereerd dat de site zich richt om mensen te helpen van het vinden van ad hoc acute zorg, maar toegang tot de reacties is enkel mogelijk na het betalen van een agressieve premie
