Care.comReviews of care.com

Really should of researched before joining! Waste of money! Needed a housekeeper for my vacation rental and they showed so many in my area but had to join to connect with them. I paid to join and soon found out that out of at least 25 shown before paying, most were outdated, others just didn’t respond. The one that looked a little promising was someone who didn’t have a GE license so doesn’t pay taxes and wanted to charge me $350 to clean the house that doesn’t even rent for that much!! When asked for a refund they said no so sorry! DO NOT pay to join! The site is a lie, the people they advertise are not really available after you pay to join!!!!

This website is awful, I did not make any good connections, wasted my time and the auto charge of $45 per month is deplorable I didn’t even know I upgraded to a premium account and when I asked for a refund they refused Don’t use

I had my account for about two years and I started using it again this week since I have no job. I started applying for housekeeping jobs and pet sitter jobs in my area with experience in both. I just now got an email saying "Your account has been closed" "Please understand that we have no obligation to notify you of the reason for your termination and generally we do not provide this information." Such a horrible site and customer service. I am just trying to find a job...

The strangest website I have ever seen. I wanted a cleaner. It was like a dating agency showing photos, some of which looked as though they were offering their services as models. How weird. Anyway, I chose one and immediately got a pop up saying I had to join the site for some ridiculous amount a month. I closed it. Since then I have been bombarded with emails saying there is a message from this person and that person wanting to work for me. To all you ladies who are after work, I'd say, put an advert in the local paper or in the corner shop, don't give these people your money. If you want to be a cleaner don't put a photo of yourself on the internet posing as though you are going to make a play for the first available man. That isn't what people want. Do yourselves a favour ladies because you won't get work from this site,no-one is going to pay a monthly fee to get a cleaner.

Signed up for one month in 2018. I have been charged $57 quarterly March 2019, June 2019, September 2019, and December 2019 without my authorization. I want my money back.

Har gennem længere periode brugt Care.com. Dette er dog slut nu, da jeg har opsagt mit medlemskab selvom de er blevet ved med at trække penge

Absolute crap customer service. Unable to post a job posting, charged twice, and never given a reason as to why. Definitely would not recommend.
