Scammed by these terrible people - recurrent charging when I have not used them. Tried to call customer service, and I've been on hold now for 55 minutes. I am going to get my bank to put a block on any more charges from them and also notify the BBB. Finally a foreigner came on who I could hardly understand, gave me the same dog and pony show that everyone else on here has cited, would not refund, wanted to downgrade me, I told her to close the acct, and that I was going straight to my bank to have them block any further charges from them. They truly are scammers, draw people in, and then hold them hostage, having their bank acct. #, etc.

I believe this company is a scam. There is actually no way to contact caregivers listed, except through the site. But those messages don't seem to go through reliably and there is no way to move beyond those messages to actual hiring. Several people have "applied" for the job I listed but the site blocks our phone numbers when we try to exchange them. Customer service no help. The chat and phone features advertised have been "discontinued", per customer service. It's just a scam, as far as I can tell.

They charge at both ends. The person looking for care has to pay $40 while the person looking for a job is paying too. I have heard of places charging for leads and other places charging for finding the employee you are looking for but they shouldn't be charging at both ends. I am wasting my time asking someone to work for me and asking about references If that person can't respond because they haven't paid this month and if some one paid for leads they shouldn't be given leads to people that haven't paid for service either.

Horrible customer service. Will never use this service again and will never recommend anyone.

Recurring charges despite paying for "1 month" they are terrible with customer service.

I signed up for care.com and then canceled within a week and continued to get billed for two months after cancellation date. Called customer service and they refused to give my money back. They have the date I canceled but when ahead and charge me for two more months that should be illegal. I don’t see how they get away with this and will contact Better Business Bureau. Wish I looked at reviews before I ever signed up with them.

I recently signed up for care.com as a beginner babysitter. I purchased the premium 20/ month background check. The app is easy to use but I’m disappointed that when you apply for a job none of the people wanting a babysitter/ nanny doesn’t respond.... I had a lady respond to my application about the hours I would like to work around 9:30 this morning and no response still. Im very nervous that I wasted my money and time on this app...I’m hoping things work out in the next week finding a job but if not I’ll be moving on from care.com!!!
