Be careful about the renewal process. They don't send reminders via email and I found the process a bit shady. Ultimately I ended up paying more than I wanted because I didn't cancel.

BEWARE of these people. I put my info in to get care for my autistic daughter in December 2017. I put up ONE POST for help and got a few replies. I figured that was it, I decided not to use them because of the responses I got. Little did I know they continued to charge me every month up until I got an email in October of 2020 that said my account was going to be renewed. I went to my credit card and saw they charged me for over 30 months $39 per month for something they could clearly see I was not using. Customer service was no help and did not care when I told them my daughter went in the hospital for the next year and was not even here and passed away in June of 2019. They charged me for someone who was not even here....disgusting.

Wish I could give zero stars! They don’t care about you or your concerns and you can forget about getting your money back even if you didn’t use it. They don’t do anything about Covid. I wish I saw this site before signing up. Save yourself and don’t sign up!

I can’t believe all these comments I’m seeing on this website, wishing I would of dig deeper in reviews because I just got scammed by them too, all I did was try and add on Running Errands for jobs, so I guess it needs to go through an approval and they declined it, and whoever that person was who decline my application my account was gone, vanished! and Im already approved for petcare and housekeeping, how could they just delete my whole account?? I just had to cancel my card and I had my first job finally this Friday, I can’t call customer service, ONLY have BILLING dept for calls just a Heads up! you can only talk to them through chat, this site is truly a scam, they do background checks on us Requires social address how do we know what there really doing with our information?? They sent me this message said I’m not active no more and to take care. I think a Lawsuit sounds Pleasant, I will be contacting my lawyer on that site!

We hired a paedophile. Our family have been shocked beyond belief. He was hired to teach our kids in lock down. He violated our family and 4 children and filmed them. We would NEVER suggest this site to anyone. Your vulnerable members are worth the world.

Very few qualifications. Background checks a joke . A few years ago it was ok but I was hard pressed to find a person trustworthy i would allow in my home. Nice kids no experience . Nobody who is a qualified caregiver or personal provider would be on care.com Very shady. Buyer Beware. College students never show up again. no answers to questions about experience. So anyone can be coming to your home. I had one take a card from me and her boyfriend tried to scam...
