Terrible. First off they charge $40 a month to just FIND* a nanny. Then I was unhappy with the service, it just wasn't for me. Called customer service and was informed that they offer ZERO refunds even if the customer is unhappy with the services. What a waste of money. Do not recommend.

Dit is een malafide site die ten onrechte maandelijks na aankoop van een 1 maand premium lidmaatschap gewoonweg elke maand 35 euro van je rekening haalt tot dat je dat zelf eens opmerkt. In die eerste maand waarin ik wel degelijk betaalde (mét korting;-)) heb ik verschillende babysitters aangeschreven en NOOIT reactie gehad. Dit is dus ook nog eens een malafide website . 425 euro kwijt ....

Absolutely the worst site and service. Charged my card twice for premium and still wouldn’t let me book. You cannot even speak to a person outside of business hours. What a joke. So many better options

I've honestly had only had good encounters with Care.com. I have had more than 3+ nannying and numerous babysitting jobs from this site. I would say the biggest factor is my location. I live in a fairly rural town but in the past few years it has been growing and yes I couldn't find a full- time nannying job the first few months that I was on this site but eventually I did find some good families and ever since then can't recommend this site enough! I am still so close to all the families I have nannied and babysat for. Thank you care.com!

I worked through this site as a nanny for years building reputation until it was my primary source of income then they closed my account and said "they did not need to provide a reason." It is garbage. All I've done is look for jobs and talk to parents before employment. I have no criminal record and I have a clean driving record. Stay FAR away from care.com. I'm just thankful I didn't pay for their stupid membership because I would have just completely lost that money.

They email me every day about updating my billing information. I haven't updated it intentionally, and they make unsubscribing to these emails impossible.
