FRAUD - MONEY SCAMMERS SITE! Really dangerous an unlegal. I cancelled my initial subscription after 2 months because unusefull. Due my healty problem, I was unable to check my bank account. After 1 year I realize that they automatically upgraded my membership to Premium! So, they scammed me into stealing £ 30 a month for a total of £ 1100. I asked to be refunded and account closure, but the only way to stop them is to inform your bank! Eveybody should report this fraud to Governement Action Fraud on the following telephone number: 0300 123 2040.

Although I did find their website useful, I cancelled my initial subscription after 2 months since I did secure a caregiver. Unfortunately, 6 months later, they are still billing me and at a higher rate since they automatically upgraded my membership. To date, I have not found any way to contact them. I have been forced to work with my credit card company to get these charges reversed and avoid any further charges

ZERO!! MONEY SCAMMERS!!! They take your money without you even using their services!!! Do not fall for it!!! They will take your money without notice and refuse to refund you even with the struggle of the pandemic this company does not care about you or your family!!!

I’ve been working through care.com for close to five years. It can be a great opportunity students to help a family that needs extra support while making some money. Unfortunately over the years, the lack of respect and honesty from the families has gone too far and completely unfair. I had one family let me go with no advance to find another job. A second family had the mom sit up stairs all day and watch me with her twin daughters on the cameras.. very uncomfortable. I’ve been treated poorly by the parents of families on this site and been not paid on top of it sometimes. These situations aren’t even the tip of the iceberg, I’ve had worse experiences. There’s an option to write reviews for the nanny/housekeeper; there should be a section for caregivers to see and write their experiences with families they’ve worked with.

Disgraceful service - do not use. Looking for care in a rural area for an elderly lady in need that I am trying to help, I was led through a lovely user experience putting in all of my details and needs, and shown various available housekeepers and helpers - great. I then also get a flood of messages in response to my request - great. And it is only then, when I get their emails entreating me to respond to the available offers of help, that I learn I must pay £30 for a monthly "Premium" subscription, to access the surely incredibly basic, primary function on this site, which is to get in touch with these providers and actually arrange help. They purposefully lure you down this path so that you see there are options and feel you HAVE to now pay. Unbelievable. I can't believe this is allowed in this country. The service should be up front and transparent about the (hefty) fee required to actually access any services. I'm disgusted and will be looking for the right venue to make a proper complaint in the UK.

I am very disappointed in the service, regrettably I didnt check the reviews here before hand, I paid for a subscription, however my free listing was more visible, not featured or visible in google search or care.com search! Currently trying to get a refund! The Initial email said no cancellation of contract due to service being immediately available and fully performed, however this statement is false and on this basis the, I am entitled to a refund of contract!

I have tried to cancel this membership and get a refund but Care,com refused to give. I will no longer use them or tell anyone I know to use them.
