This company is a JOKE!! They rip off not only the family that uses them to find caregivers; but also rip off the caregivers who attempt to use this site looking for work! Charging outrageous fees, and charge you to get a MVR, a background check, and an annual fee also. I use to get a lot of work off the site, but then I noticed a decline in the customer service bk in 2019. I reached out to them with some of my questions& concerns; and instead responded to my email, they deleted my entire account!! They never refunded any of my $ either! Terrible company, and when u try to call/email customer service, you get the rudest I've ever spoke to in my life! Please dont use this service!

Worst company! They will charge your credit card over and over again without giving you a transparent way to close the account. Never use this company. They take your money. BEWARE!!

I apparently signed up for premium annual membership by accident, but couldn't remember that I did. It must have been for a month or a free month subscription, but thought I remember cancelling. They charged me $156 each year 2021 and they didn't even send a reminder about renewing. I just realized this year they had been charging me even though I only used their account once. I just received my statement this month and there was a charge. I called and tried crediting my account, but they would not. They said there was nothing they can do about it. The company only cares about money. They have horrible customer service. I also noticed when I do a chat online to get help. I type "Cancel" as the heading. It will not direct me to a customer service rep no matter what. If I type "help" as the heading, they will direct you to an agent. They have it down where they do not want anyone to cancel their membership. Very sad!!!! Do not use this company!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Terrible. Charged a $180 full year renewal without giving warning. Not transparent about their renewal or charging policies at all. Provided no refund on $180 when I discovered I’d been charged and asked for one within a day or two of incurring the charge. The care/babysitting recruitment service was actually terrible and I had zero success after trying with multiple supposed care givers. Avoid this company.

HORRIBLE! I signed up for one month and paid a higher premium to do that. AND GUESS WHAT, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME MONTHLY EVER SINCE. Three more years!!! OF course my bad for not checking my cc statements earlier. But c'mon. And when I called about it they couldn't offer any refunds at all. Check your credit cards even if you think you signed up for one month!

Likewise to the other comments, very poorly run company. I don't even know if this is a real company. They don't respond to any messages, they wouldn't close my account or offer me a refund for charging me for many months that I didn't want service and it's extremely difficult to find answers on their website. So poorly run.

DO NOT USE CARE.COM!!!!! I have sent multiple emails trying to get answers to some of my questions concerning the availability of potential staff hires in certain zip codes. I was unable to get a response. So after about a week I went ahead and subscribed only to find out that you had 0 staff in the area where I need help (2***1). We are located in and do most of our hiring in 2***1. So considering how many emails and unanswered emails and refusal for phone calls and no answers or VM (with no return call) at the only phone number provided to me I canceled my subscription. I tried to get my questions answered before signing up. Since there was no response and their customer service and support is beyond terrible. I will not pay for another month. I simply want out. Your services are terrible and customer support is worse.
