Care.com is the absolute worst for both customer service and quality of site. $50/month and basically none of the dozens of caregivers that I reached out even responded. Their profiles said they were all active that day I sent out correspondence and Care.com even listed them as “star” profiles. I emailed customer service to ask for my money back and was told “tough luck we don’t give refunds no matter what.” These scammers promote that they a caregiving matching company but will not assure any sort of a connection between paying customers and their site caregivers. Stay away from Care.com

After spending 3 hours contacting caregivers and spending $120 on the site, they removed my profile and job listing a mere 2 days before my 95 year old father with dementia will be without enough aides while my mother has heart surgery. Thanks “care”.com, it’s one thing to have fake looking profiles, it’s another to remove customers in need.

They SUCK. I paid for a "basic screening" for the year, which they randomly charged me for in December 2020. It is now March 2020 and I still can't send messages or move forward. They keep saying courts are closed due to covid-19 and they have NO WAY of overiding it. SO basically, 4 months passed and I am not able to use the service after i paid! Their app sucks too! Their customer service, awful! They use the same copied and pasted answers!! not recomended! hope they get sued!

Honestly screw this site! I messaged over 5 different potential sitters all which had seen the message and never responded. I cancelled the very next day. A $75 sign up fee which they say is not there problem. How about the fact that they have no customer service number or way to ask any questions. Worst site ever.

Worst company ever. So many fake generated ad from the company. I saw one ad, requesting pet care 1 year from the request date. I was a premium member, responded to over 100 ads, 80% delivered, 20% seen of my message and 0% of responses. This was over a 30 day premium period. This company creates fake ads to try to get you to become a premium member. Do not waste your time. Post on Rover.com. I have more clients on Rover.com than care.com. Waste of money...stay away...this company needs a class action lawsuit against them for the fake ads they create.

Pffff oen ik! Vandaag ingeschreven en dacht daarna meteen... Shit opgelicht. Ik heb via de herroepingsmethode direct een mail gestuurd waarin ik het abonnement wil herroepen en ongedaan dus wil maken aan het emailadres in de algemene voorwaarden beginnend met infoNL. Mijn account was net beeindigd. En nu kan ik er toch weer in. Ga nu aangetekend de herroeping opsturen.

This company is a joke...worst experience I have had with their billing department. Absolutely no customer service. If I could give it zero, I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I went on the website just to browse and see what it was like. I put in what I thought was search criteria and an email to get started. They created an account for me and listed a job posting without my knowledge. I started getting emails from "Caregivers" in my area asking about the "job posting". I responded to one of the MANY emails I had received from care.com within the first 3 hrs and no one did anything to resolve the issue. So I had to go figure out how to cancel the account on my own. Any company that baits and misleads prospects into creating accounts & posting their information without their full knowledge, is coercive and unethical!
