Is there anyone want to file a lawsuit about this scam website? They took my $19 for CareCheck that I did not want. This company should not be in business.

I have tried to pay these people but their website doesn't work to sign up. I contacted customer service over and over with no response. They charge WAY too much for a monthly subscription anyway, I can get the same service for free on local boards like Nextdoor. Their site won't even allow me to upload a photo of my pets. It's ridiculous.

Don’t waste your money! After searching profiles to find a pet sitter, all had limited days and hours so that didn’t work for what I needed. I contacted Care.com customer service via email and received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. It’s been over a week and nothing. I’m out $132 and clearly customer service could care less about their user’s experience. Do yourself a favor and search Next Door instead- it’s FREE!!

I have tried this website several times in the past and I finally just give up! I have contacted many of the people who say they are "available" and they never return a message. Or is they do it is just to say that they are not available. Such a waste of time! Also- this company will continue to charge your credit card a monthly fee - even if you only signed up for one month- unless you manually go in and stop the charging of your card. It is a waste of money!

Impossible to get customer support! Confusing website. Confusing pricing. Can't figure out caregivers' availability. Can't even find a customer support phone number. I wait 30 minutes for a Live Chat, finally get to #1 in line, only to be told no one is available. This happens all day long. What am I paying for??!!

Customer service sucks… I have tried calling over and over and over no one ever answers the phone.

Terrible customer service. If there’s an issue, all they do is copy and paste their terms of service via email. Very frustrating.

Very deceptive website. I need a carer for a family member and came across this website. Without joining, I was able to see that they seemed to have carers in my locality. So I paid the subscription and joined. However. Once I had logged into the website and provided a description of the kind of care needed, I received notifications of carers who seemed to have responded to my ad. But they had not. The website had automatically sent me their profiles but the messages were worded in a way that made me think me the people themselves had physically responded to my ad. One by one, they are slowly getting back to me and letting me know that they have no availability, that they had not responded actively to my ad, etc. Very disappointed. I urgently needed someone to help and this was the polar opposite of helping.
