Absolutely abismal. Avoid at all costs. Scam website. Takes your card for billing at start, automatically renews almost impossible to cancel the payment, no email updates for payments taken. Terrible, avoid at all costs. Not genuine at all.

We signed up for a 1 month trial and they automatically continued their service even though we never used it. It took us 3 months of extra charges before we could stop paying. This is terrible

Hideous, horrible company to deal with. No assistance, no customer service and once you pay for the year, you are locked in. I was suckered in and I absolutely hate it. The "care givers" are not vetted, they are no show workers, they don't return calls.. worst platform ever.

What a freaking scam!! They do not answer the phone. They automatically charge you month after month for bogus subscription fees. Their "Help" button lead you to a blank page. And they hide the cancellation option pretty well. All that and they do virtually NOTHING to provide their "service". Sites like this should be purged from the internet and the principals thrown in jail indefinitely.

Total scam, don't subscribe! Replies to ad are fake and just a way to get you to subscribe. No one replies if you try to contact them. Totally dishonest, can't believe they're allowed to continue stealing people's money given the reviews I'm reading here. Wish I'd checked before. Would give 0 stars if I could
