This service did not generate any leads for our company so we cancelled the subscription. We were then charged for an additional 3 months, they claim we never cancelled. Stay away from Care.com

What a scam this site is.
Pay the money and post a job. Here is what you will get.
-A couple of agencies who are trolling for business will respond. Even if you give them a shot- half of them wont return your call.
-You will have a number of people who will respond to your ad to satisfy a minimum requirement of the government to apply to a certain number of jobs in order to collect unemployement. They will apply and never call you or message you back.
-Additional scammers who are trying to run game on you.
Its a real treat. I wouldnt use this website again if it was the only site on earth where you could get help.

I was really disappointed with the…
I was really disappointed with the level of service this company provided. I wish I had read the reviews before committing. I too fell into the trap of payments being taken out monthly without my knowledge. They give you options of what package you want and how long for, I chose a 1 month package which was more expensive than going for one that had a couple months subscription ... And this was pointless as after the month had finished, they was still taking money without permission.
I also found that the people on these sites weren't qualified other than giving birth to children, they provide no actual experience and wanted a wage that was not realistic to that experience or qualifications.
I do not recommend this Web site to anyone

At 63-years old, Care.com is the worst website I have ever experienced. glitches, glitches, glitches and no response from help center.
Care.com's website was user-friendly in past years and the 'Contact Us'/Help Center was functional in past years. WHAT THE HELL HAS HAPPENED!!!

Never use this website..
Never use this website... immoral business practices via a refund policy that refutes any and all requests. Even if you don't use their service.
Care.com accused me of not canceling their "premium" subscription membership. After recognizing the bill on my monthly credit card, I reached out to get a refund. Although I cancelled the premium membership, they refuted that I finished the 6 step ridiculous process and pocketed my money for a service I did not used.
I tried searching for a caregiver for 1 month and had no success. The caregivers on here, or the decent ones, want extensive work, mostly as nannies. After realizing that quickly and getting only 1 response to my profile and inquiry, I cancelled my membership, or so I thought. Turns out I was still getting billed and even though I did not log into the website for months nor use the messaging service, which is really what you are paying 40 bucks for, care.com didn't care. They will take your money no matter what. They see it as your responsibility, whether you use the product or not to ensure cancelation.
Even in a hypothetical world where customers fail to complete the cancelation process, they don't CARE. See what I did there....
They put morals aside and take your money. They know you haven't used their service. But they will still take what you don't want to give them. Don't get caught in this trap, use another service. Because if you sign up for premium, you still won't get a sitter unless you want a full time nanny.
