Do not use care.com if you are going to pay for your membership! They stole my money! I've sent multiple emails and they will not respond to me or refund me my money! Worst customer service I've ever had in my life!

Definitely doggy all profiles are fake and they were processing unauthorised transaction from my account for last 4 months .No contact number it has office in USA ,Their website does not allow you to cancel your membership but has policy cancelation in place to oblige under the Aus Consumer policy . I have reported them and hoping they will be deregistered and investigated

Every month they have withdrawn twice the cost of an account even though I do not have two accounts. I do not get my money back and they say that the account has been terminated but it is not and they continue to withdraw money! scam

Most absurd site/"service" I've ever seen. Charging people for accounts in order to even contact a dog helper! Might as well use the other sorry service Rover for that. Terrible. Such a total waste of time even researching. This is a service that can be charged for? I don't think so. It's a total ripoff and scam. Deplorable.

My experience with care.com has been varied, but I gave it 4 stars because, ultimately, we found an amazing caregiver for my 90-year-old mom. However, I had to scroll through/email approximately 20 caregivers, many of whom had incomplete and/or incorrect information about qualifications and days/hours. Of the 4 people that ultimately met our qualifications of experience and available days/hours, 1 didn't show up for an in-person interview, 1 had her own agency and didn't want to be a caregiver herself, 1 was perfectly lovely but ultimately decided she didn't want to commit to the hours and we hired one who is working out very well. I suggest that when caregivers sign up, care.com present them with all of their profile information for their approval before posting and even prompting the caregivers to periodically review their profiles for any necessary changes.

There is something very bazzaar with regards to the way this organization operates. Integrity is absent as it is geared to serve the highest level of membership. If customers don't purchase that they do not offer any options to express your view. Whereas members, have access to vomit their views, false narratives and poor perspectives; literally damaging someone's business and source of income based on absolute lies and the victims have not one way to defend themselves or even express their side. Very disappointing! And I will be sure to share my view on as many platforms as possible until that changes. Starting with our local news channel, etc.

So disappointed in Care.com! I CAN NOT EVER log in, my password will not work and can NOT reach live person! Yes I have tried “forgot password” with NO RESPONSE, no way of changing the password or information on how to change it weird how They have no problem billing me for a service I CAN NOT USE!! Is it so difficult to actually talk to a person about this??

This company is a complete fraud. I never found anyone who was interested in actually working and the one time I did they didn’t show up. I put a review for others to not waste their time with that person and Care.com removed it without explanation. Don’t waste your money on this. Find a group on Facebook in your area and you will have better luck.
