Someone needs to remind Care.com that they are a service that can provide work, not a dating site, no worker should be paying out for nothing in hopes of finding a job! The site makes you feel forced to pay for its service too as you can't even receive or send messages from potential jobs/employers which robs the chance of obtaining a job. I have also come across a couple of scams, thankfully the signs have been quite clear and I have avoided working for the people/sending money for their child to get resources 'we need' etc, so checks on ads and parents profiles is unsafe. As someone who is on partial maternity leave, and fairly new to my area, sites like this could be very helpful in keeping me in part time work and help me to get to know my area and families here, but instead it just disappoints and asks me to pay out for 'upgrades' (that still don't guarantee work as it's your character and profile that matter when it's out there, not how much money you're paying for you to be displayed) asking me for money I don't have that I'm trying to get through trying to find work!

Awful!! I can see why all the horrible reviews and class action suits. Company auto charges with no permission!!!! Just google lawsuits on this place before giving them a credit card. Read all you can on them, before you decide. Funny how a person sits on hold forever, only to get hung up on!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Christine was professional, caring and always on time. She cared for our friend that was dealing with lung cancer, at the last stage. Our friend spent his last month on earth with us in our home. Christine found solutions to issues that came up. Upon Christine's arrival, everyone has smiles on their face. Christine was a pleasure to be around. We are so grateful for her expertise in making this experience good.

Are you actually kidding me! I have spent the whole day replying to posts trying to find some work and have paid for one month. I then get an error that says too many requests, when i try to log back in it says my password is incorrect when it is NOT! Give me my money back or fix the issue now!!!!

I paid for a full premium membership so I can find a nanny. After not getting any applications, I began messaging people who posted their availability for nanny jobs and they all said they couldn't see my posting. I emailed Care (chat does not work) and was told there is nothing wrong with my posting. But I'm talking to caregivers who say they STILL can't see my posting. What a waste of money!

Terrible service for which I will be requesting a refund - No phone customer support. The number rings and disconnects. We are well past the pandemic and virtual call centers and telephony for virtual agents have been around since the early 2000s. The sign of a business that does not care is one that does not offer any phone support and since care is in the name that is concerning. Imagine the challenge a senior citizen trying to use the service would have once they signed up. Chat is useless. I was disconnected 5 times in on the afternoon. If you delete a caregiver's message (let's say you hired someone for a task) a year later you are unable to contact any caregiver you had deleted their message in the past. Then they offer to send the message for you but are unable. This should be a seamless service. I did hire one time from the site someone who was excellent the first day I signed up a year ago. The first message I sent and she responded. Now I'm looking for a service for an elderly parent and the app, systems, and customer support is far below the 86 dollars I paid for one month.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS APP! First off I was under the impression I was only paying for one month . Was charged multiple and only refunded in amount of one. Two they have sus people I was informed a caregiver I almost left my daughter with was removed and no longer allowed as part of there community. So obviously they allow people who aren’t for on platform so do not use there thieves and are careless with who they Allie as caregivers

I was tempted to try to find a cleaner with them but could`nt find the cost or a `phone number.So i checked the reviews.Looks like you saved me.Thanks
