Worst site - you don’t find care and you lose money
I wish I had seen the trustpilot reviews before using the site. I did not find anyone through their website as there were no suitable candidates, or the ones that looked suitable never responded but the worse part is that they kept charging for nothing. You have to pay for a premium membership to talk to anyone, and it keeps renewing, and when you try to cancel, you select cancel and you think that’s it but no, there is another screen, and you click there and you think that’s it but there is another one! and like that 5 times, if you don’t pay really close attention you think you cancelled but you have not. Websites like this are legal scams and should not exist. I hope the people who run the site and work there feel good about making money off the back of giving false promises to people who need care.
