Thank you for your feedback, Magdalena. We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. We're sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer. I'm so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with someone on our site. You can easily report another member in any message you had with them through the site. Simply go to a message string with the member and on the right side of the page you will see a phone icon, a heart and three dots. Click on the three dots and you will then see the option to report a member right on the site. You can also find this feature on the member's Care.com profile.
