It was really easy , You just find the person that fits your criteria. You leave them a text and if both of you are interested, you set up an appointment to see for yourself if they are the one.

Als je 1 maand lidmaatschap kiest moet je zelf in de gaten houden dat je t opzegt. Het is dus geen lidmaatschap voor 1 maand maar onbeperkt. Je wordt dus voor de gek gehouden. Vervolgens is t een heel gedoe om je lidmaatschap op te zeggen. Je kunt ze niet bellen, appen of mailen. Bij de reactieformulieren wordt je telefoonnummer niet herkent dus dat werkt dan niet. De helpwebsite is er alleen in het engels. En tot slot is er weinig keuze uit de zorgaanbieders. Vreselijk platform. Ik voel me opgelicht.

Should be zero rating. Ditto to all complaints. Started joining, gave all my information, before completing process read terms and conditions and decided not to join. No way to stop process or cancel. Two chats with agents to cancel and delete all my information and still my name comes up with an account. They refuse to respond. Will file complaint with BBB and notify credit card company for fear they will someday use my information to charge. DO NOT USE CARE.COM!

I paid for a membership on care.com so that I could post an ad for caregivers for my son, who is tubefed. I read over the instructions and did not see anywhere that it said you can't post jobs on care.com for tubefed people. I posted my ad twice and had it rejected twice, with instructions to "go read the guidelines" to find out what was wrong with it. Finally I talked with customer support and found out that it was because my son is tubefed. Since they never would have posted my ad, I requested to have my money back. But they said no. Also, I posted an earlier review about this. Care.com asked for an order number as documentation -- when they don't have order numbers -- or my review may be removed. I am concerned that it looks like they are trying to remove bad reviews from this site.
