******Above and Beyond******
Sandra watched our three dogs while we were on vacation, and she took excellent care of them. One of our dogs is diabetic and wears a diaper, and Sandra went above and beyond to care for him. She made all of them happy and comfortable while we were away. I highly recommend Sandra—she was fantastic with our dogs, and they all loved her.

Still waiting to hear from Sahara.We have agreed on 7/1-7-9 dates in Tahoe City but I haven’t heard final confirmation from her. She was going camping but I have not heard back from her. Can you help with reaching her?

Very impressed
This was the first time we needed to find a pet sitter to board our dog over night. Using Care.com made it very easy to find multiple people to choose from who. Ultimately we were very happy with our choice, a loving and conscientious young woman to care for our dog. We were so happy with how well our dog did that we will be using her again in the very near future.

Empathetic and professional support
I had a couple issues. My support technician took the time to listen to both, explain the first (system limitation for which care.com has a solution in development), and to fix the second. care.com’s support tech was empathetic and professional. High marks!

Kind and loving with the fur babies!
Oh she was the best, so sweet with the animals, even our Henri, a recovering abuse case, was in much better sorts when we came home than he has been in the past with other sitters. She stayed over night when there were storms so the pups and cats would know they weren’t alone. Just so grateful to find such a great sitter and sweet couple.

The app would not work on my iPhone model
The app would not work on my iPhone. My iPhone is a 5SE, which has a smaller screen than some. After scrolling down, the greyed-out button on the bottom covered over the data entry field.
