Support for a sitter / nanny is non existent. They do not care about your family and they do not care about your nanny. They take a huge portion of sitters’ profits, while providing zero customer support for families or sitters. Frankly, this should be illegal. It’s dangerous. They move sitters up in the ranking for simply responding to messages, without considering quality of the care they will provide your family.

Transport to the doctor's in Boston had proven to be very stressful for me. I was quickly relieved by Charles' calm, professional manner. I struggle getting in and out of vehicles and he immediately assisted making me feel relaxed. Knowing that he was also a health care professional made me feel more comfortable than my previous trips using ride shares. He made a usually stressful event very easy.

Jessica was very nice and easy-going. She did a great job making sure my son was fed and changed and had something to drink, and she was interactive with him as well, which was great. I would recommend her to my friends and family members with children if they needed a local sitter, & that’s not said easily with many sitters we’ve had in the past. I will definitely be booking her again in the future.
