After some initial confusion on my part concerning the process of advertising our need for a house cleaner, the process wend fairly smoothly. I was able to communicate with Rosalie M. via the care.com website and establish an initial house cleaning session within a few days.

ZERO stars. I signed up to care.com to find a carer for my mother in law who has dementia. I live in the UK. She is in Texas. I paid the premium subscription only to be told a few days later I've been logged out because I am not a US resident. I've no way to log in to cancel my subscription. I've messaged many times asking for help with this and getting a refund for unused services. There is no phone number. If you try to call they hang up telling you to log in online! How can I do that? I'd like for someone to contact me asap about this utterly disgraceful service.

It was very easy and quick to get started, and I had applicants right away. Also, there were plenty of names and descriptions of people looking for work. I just took my time, figuring what I need and came across the right one for me. The site is easy to use and navigate. I recommend Care.Com

Their site is very difficult to use. There are limited filters and it is very time consuming to open every profile to find a good fit. They used to have better parameters but since have made some changes and now it is very difficult. I have messaged several people and they never get the message. The support is terrible. I will not sign up again.
