Already done this once...I'm not satisfied at all. I am a senior citizen and your app and website are impossible for me to migrate around trying to find a housekeeper and once I find one there's no option to look at their background check. It's extremely confusing. I would not recommend care.com for older people to use whether they need help or they're wanting to help someone. I search for 3 hours the other day trying to look at a background check and with no results. I never got to meet anyone I contacted because of the awkwardness of the trying to find things. I spoke with one but couldn't find how to read her background check and she didn't know how either and your customer service was clueless and NO HELP AT ALL. I was told they would escalate this issue to management because they could not do refunds. I know giving a refund is not your policy but I would like you to make an exception for older people and the issues I have. Please refund! Please refund my 77.97 and 60.00 payments. That 60.00 add on is absolutely useless also!

KINGDOM TREASURES LEARNING CENTER. KILLEEN, TEXAS Hello! I can't say enough about this childcare learning facility! My grandson has been attending Kingdom Treasures since he was 2 months old. My daughter and I together went to at least 5 or 6 childcare facilities for meetings and a walk thru. Im sure she called and went to more. (smile) He will be 6 years old in a couple of weeks. My grandson loves it there. He is on the spectrum as they call it. And I can't express enough how much the wonderful staff has worked with him from day one with everything you can imagine a learning facility can do. The owners are hands on! Great communicaters! At the facility everyday WORKING HARD available to talk to you at a any moment. And their wonderful, loving, caring staff, take care of the children so well, I have witnessed toddlers crying to stay when parents come to pick them up. It is the sweetest thing to see and witness that the kids want to stay because they are having so much fun and they are truly being cared for and loved. The staff as well take learning and teaching serious. Both the owners and their staff are Professionals. There is structure! SAFETY in all areas is a serious matter and you can tell everyone takes it serious! They care for the kids like they are their own.The facility is super clean/sanitized. I pick my grandson up mostly everyday. Things are ALWAYS clean, organized and smelling good. In closing, when my grandson is there, we never worry. He is my daughter's only child and my only grandson. We want the best for him and Kingdom Treasures hands down is the best! My grandson and our family are truly blessed to have these wonderful people take care, teach and be great examples to someone we love so much! Karen G.

house cleaner charged 30 dollars an hour which is fine but after 6 hours only completed our basement and said she has to leave to pick up her child the upstairs area was not done we have had many others girls do our whole house from cleaning services in two in a half hours small home 1000 sq feet plus finished basement that no one even uses always clean down there. this person had no intentions of ever fully cleaning our home and just did what was good for her we feel totally ripped off 180. dollars to clean a basement will never use care.com again not to mention these people always cancel or just never show up.

Booking went ok. We'll see how it works out.

She ghosted me after the interview

I would give negative stars if I could. This company is a sham. Don't ever buy anything from them. Once you do you cannot unbuy. It is a scam for older people to click on with no ability to change your mind. Yes you can cancel one second after you decide yes. And if you cancel there is no refund whatsoever. So, I have paid more than $100 for a service I will never enjoy, have cancelled and cannot get any refund from per company policy. You are right I have cancelled.

Actually, no stars. I have had a lot of trouble receiving messages from a woman I want to interview for a housekeeping position My I paid the fee, but my email and password are not accepted. Looks like I wasted my money. My email and phone number were sent to the applicant but must have been censored by Care. Help desk is not manned.
