I like the look of the site, but I don't like that there's no opportunity to meet a potential babysitter before trusting them with your child. On top of this, we've already had two no shows, and neither of them communicated with us.

I tried to reach a specific facility. The online chat gave me a number to call to reach someone. It was my own number. They called me but nobody was there when I answered. They sent me an email saying they called but I didn't answer. A lie. They called back and tried to set me up with a facility. Finally after a few minutes the incompetent representative said they are no longer associated with the facility. But they also can't get ahold of the facility to be removed as a contact. Even though I told them I'm not interested they continue to call and email. They told me they are a free service and they are paid by the facilities. But they actually charge both parties. I signed up with a connected site housekeepers.com. After I paid for a month all of the job contacts were no longer active. Even though I canceled they still billed me for another month.

Stole money from my account, they saved my card details on their site for future payments when I did not sign up for more than 30 days. They won’t let you cancel ur card details

I had a lot of trouble getting help. The virtual assistant leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough choices. I prefer talking to a live person by phone and that is not possible with CARE. Reading articles is ok but leads to more questions. It would be easier on the person who is hiring to understand what they are signing up for. And I imagine it would be most difficult for older people who are not used to dealing with a service set up like CARE is set up.Tried to send an email and it failed.
