I made a payment by mistake and contacted the company promptly but they couldn't refund me. Also the FEW people who use this website never actually answer.

Savannah did a wonderful job, I don't have to worry while on vacation/away. She keeps the house and animals organized, and has good communication the entire duration. She is very reliable and consistent.

I first met with someone named Joel. They did not help me in the slightest. I told them that my care summary was not popping up in my app, and they told me I had to wait six hours until I could have it show up. My job ended at 4:00 p.m. and Joel explicitly told me to wait until 10:00 p.m. and the care summary would show up. Surprise! It did not show up. I was confused as to why it didn’t show up at 10:00 p.m., so I decided to seek help from your support team again, and they told me I was supposed to fill it out within six hours after my care had been completed. I am extremely frustrated and do not understand how someone on a support team could not know that I was supposed to fill it out within six hours. This was my first job through care.com, so I really wanted everything to go perfectly. I wanted to request a review from the family, now I am afraid that not filling out the summary will make me appear as if I am not punctual. I have already drafted a summary message to send the family, but I just needed to express how unsatisfied I am with care.com’s support.

Hello, it seems that this company has extremly high hidden charges whithout any invoice notification and agreement by users. Two years ago i tried it once for a month short time plan and did not work for me so i did not use it later. I thought i paid one month used and thats it. I Never been communicatet i will be charged later and it would know already how high their cost i would never try this website. However i realized i am charged 1200 usd for two years what a cost!!!!! There was no any information shared what and how you will charged. No emails, no notifications no any payment history no invoice for the service anything... Looks like this company develop a strategy how to secretly and hiddenly charge money to people whithout make them aware. I beleive they spend good amount time on this as they communicated they can not refund peoples money but how you can charge people very high cost without making them aware . They can charge people without letting them know but people has no right to ask their money back. I emailed them lets see if i can get my refund back.

It was simple process finding a cat sitter. We met and I hired her. She sent pics and spent quality time with my cat. I am very happy with Care.

The families I have found through Care.com are good, trustworthy and genuinely want the best for their kids. I love that it's not too expensive to maintain a premium membership, and that they cover background checks. Customer service is fast and easily resolves issues. The only downside I see is that it can feel discouraging to apply for 30-50 available jobs and only hear back from one or two. I follow up once or twice after the initial message and I don't see any response.

Babysitter missing I booked a babysitter and confirmed her at 7am in the morning for a session from 9-11am. At 8:59, she messaged me that she’s not available, very disappointed.
