I signed up hoping to find a last minute sitter for our Pekingese while I attended a family funeral. My review is simply this, a sitter confirmed she was available and then cancelled 2 hours before due, on a weekend, leaving me no other options. Not a good reflection or review for your services.

Customer service was great - Chester. He was courteous and took the time to listen to my questions. He was terrific! Thank you fir having great customer service!

I needed to edit my ad for a caregiver - For a change that was mine but also to correct details that were erroneously self generated. I was unable to successfully edit - some sections did not allow for updates and some did not save the update. I used the chat option for help. Lengthy process, resolved nothing other than locking me out of my ad for a period of time. I decided email would be a better option and would allow me to show screen shots of the issues. I filled out the email form to have them contact me via email and guess what - it said my email address did not conform and it would not complete. So I opened a new chat to let them know the email option was not working. Asked for an email address where I could send details or a number where I might call and speak to a live body - nope - they were sorry but that was not an option. But they would be happy to try and handle my issues via chat. Been there done that - didn’t have the patience to do that again. For a company that their sole product is offering a technical solution for matching families to caregivers it seems they lack technical expertise. But they offer a lot of dissatisfaction instead!

Reviewing and connecting with caregivers was very easy. Being new to hiring a caregiver i was unsure how items like payment for services worked. The information was not in one place and had varying levels of applicability. A one-stop step-by-step guide to how to post a job, interview, hire, and pay would have saved a lot of stress and time

Robin came for an interview and to size the job. She returned today and did a great job I'm very pleased

Care.com gave me easy and reliable access to many possible applicants. Knowing that each one was already background checked gave me real peace of mind. If I had to make a criticism it is that I had too many applications, even after I paused my job post. There were a few minor glitches with the site but they worked themselves out. Overall, I considered it a very good service that I would use again.
