When parents leave reviews a nanny can’t defend or answer any reviews

Signed up to find a housekeeper. To communicate with potential housekeeper required purchasing a subscription. That was OK even though it was expensive. But once I had paid the subscription fee, they then wanted personal information, the kind that can be used to steal your identity. I refused so I wasn't able to use their service! Even though I didn't use their service, they wouldn't refund the over priced fee. These people have already been sued by the government for deceptive practices! Beware!

Found a caretaker on care. Com and she is fantastic … my wife and her clicked right away … she cares for her like she’s known her for years …. Great job Marlee … really great job

Found job in about a month on care.com. Updated jobs are posted daily. Easy site to use. I really like the family I am working with and the flexible hours. I also enjoy being helpful to others and this site helped me do that.

My first experience with Care.com was wonderful. Lisa was very professional and nice. She did exactly what I wanted her to do and volunteered to do more. She did a great job cleaning my dirty shower tiles. which hadn't been cleaned since I moved in 5 years ago. I no longer cringe when I take a shower! I look forward to having her clean my apartment on a monthly basis.

Care.com was really easy to use, helped me create my resume and connected me to the right family. I really recommend using it to find care jobs if you’re in the industry to care for children/seniors every body that needs care.

I am so disappointed in how care.com treated me as a parent and customer. After completing the term that I needed them for, I tried to cancel (including reaching out to them to do so). They continued to charge me as well as refused to refund me despite that I had ceased to use their services. I have shown proof of attempts to cancel to their customer service team and they have continue to turn down the refund request. It's truly upsetting to realize that they care so little for us, on a human level, when we are only asking for fair treatment.

Great customer service! Lots of responses to the job posting! Qualified applicants! Person we chose is wonderful.
