Care.comReviews of care.com

Easy to post a job. Had several candidates apply quickly. The info available on the site was helpful in determining who to interview. I'm happy with the candidate I selected.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Care.com! Through the platform, I have connected with two wonderful clients and their families, and both have turned out to be amazing fits. I’m so grateful to have found families that I genuinely enjoy working with and who make me feel appreciated and welcomed. Care.com made it possible for us to connect, and I couldn’t be happier with how well these opportunities have worked out for everyone involved. I would definitely recommend Care.com to other caregivers looking to connect with great families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great platform for finding quality nanny jobs. This is the main way I get clients.

Easy to use, no commitments to number of hours, plenty of responses and a good source for help when needed.

I have been on Care for 6 years now and I’ve always got my jobs there all this time. Definitely a trustworthy app.

I was able to have a variety of caretakers to look at. Fyi you do need to pay a subscription fee to message them. I could pick who I thought would be suitable and message them. You're able to wead out the ones who may not be suitable. Ex. They wouldn't reply back in the middle of questioning for the job. I actually found 2 that were perfect! And they worked out well! My preference was more mature, responsible caretakers. Great site and better than an agency, which you don't really know who is coming to take care of you or your loved one.

Terrible policies. I signed up at the "discounted" rate of $50 for 3 months. I gave them my name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. The charge went through quickly and it said welcome to the site. When I logged in and found a housecleaner I liked, I clicked the button to send her a message. It then said I had to provide a copy of my driver's license and a picture of my face. I would NEVER give that to anyone online. I cancelled the membership and requested a refund, which they immediately refused to do. Nowhere did they disclose that they might require this before they took my money, which they say is "nonrefundable". Can't help but wonder how many people the rip off this way. This is NOT a trustworthy company. .... Care.com responded to my trustpilot complaint and refunded my money, (Thank you). I do appreciate their finally making this right, I still question why it could not have been resolved in my initial contact. Why did I have to complain through trustpilot before they finally acted? I would strongly suggest they review their complaints response procedures and policies. I do say thank you to them for finally doing the right thing.

Terrible communication. They would not continue with my application without even explaining their actions. And since I have a clean background, it was mystifying to me.
