Signed up to find a housekeeper. I had to pay $38 for a single month to post an ad or message people. I messaged 12 and got no responses for 3 days. The people advertising are either fake profiles or they signed up and never see or respond to messages. What a waste of money.

Was looking for someone to provide part-time IV care. There were nurses and CNAs on the care.com site so I entered what I needed. They sent me two applicants and I had to pay for a subscription (nearly $50) to see their info and contact them.they were not qualified. Care.com then rejected my job on the grounds it is a medical service their candidates don’t provide. If so why send me applicants, force me to pay, then reject the job? They have refused to provide a refund, customer service is nonexistent, and trying to contact them is a nightmare.

Watch out for care.com; they are scammers. I signed up and paid for the membership. Three hours after paying, I received an email stating that my membership had been cancelled. I asked why and also asked about my money, but they never replied; they don't even have a phone number to call. They are scammers.

i was able to find job through this app. Care.com helps a lot of caregivers here in the USA. Also on the other hand this helps a lot of family in needs of caring for their elderly love ones.

How Care.com Became Part of My Journey as a Nanny ❤️ Sometimes, the best opportunities come from places we never expected. For me, Care.com has been more than just an app for finding babysitting and nanny jobs. It has become a place where I’ve met wonderful families, built meaningful relationships, and created memories that I will always carry with me. I’m so thankful to say that I’ve had several successful experiences through Care.com. I was hired by a family to care for their twins, and I’ve also had opportunities to provide care for families during date nights and occasional babysitting jobs. This coming month, I’ll also be starting a new opportunity caring for a young baby, and I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter. 🥰 Most of the babysitting opportunities I’ve had through Care.com have introduced me to kind and wonderful people. Every family I meet reminds me why I love what I do. Being a nanny isn’t just about watching children. It’s about earning a family’s trust, being there for their little ones, celebrating their milestones, creating a safe and loving environment, and becoming a small part of their lives. I’m beyond thankful for every family who has trusted me with their children and for every opportunity that has come my way. Looking back, I feel so grateful for how far this journey has taken me. I never know who I’m going to meet next or what beautiful opportunity might be around the corner—but I’m excited to keep going. Thank you, Care.com, for being part of my journey.
