The care.com experience was easy and helpful. The reason I gave it four stars is I did reach out to one care provider who never replied after originally agreeing to take the job. However, another provider was very helpful and ended up being a great fit for my daughter.

There was a "family" pretending to look for a nanny, but they were scammers. It didn't happen again, but it looks like the app needs more safety checks for new members on the app. This happened in April 16, 2024.

Overall a very good experience and I gave a 4 stars vs 5 due to website is not always easy to navigate and would like customer phone number available as the chat bot was frustrating I am very happy that I was able to hire a great applicant within a week and I had a decent amount of qualified applicants to select from…I would use the service again
