I was able to personally interview people who responded to my ad. Natalia has been a God-send. She is super organized, responsible, and honest. I spent the last two years searching for someone and thanks to your site. I found her. Thank you! I highly recommend your site to others.

They canceled my membership/account before I was able to use it, but did take my money from my credit card. What kind of business is this? Throughout trying to register the platform I was clear and was in contact with the customer service being very open and clear that I was trying to set op care for my elderly family in the USA while i am abroad. If this is a problem, why didn't the customer service rep. Immediately say this was not possible , they let me make a payment and only after I tried to reach out for the very urgent nursing care my family needs and a ID check was being done , the subscription was cancelled via email message with no information on how I was going to be reimbursed! Then after the cancellation email came they still deducted the reserved ammount from my account. It all feels like a scam!!!

I have found most of my Mom's caregivers over the past 5 years on this website. I have been successful finding some really good people. The website is so user friendly. I love that it has bios, days/times available, skills and a profile pic. It is also helpful to see caregivers around the same zip code to save on traveling. I also have used the background check through this website. I am thankful for this resource and will continue to use it and have directed others to it as well.

This website is horrible. You can't talk to anyone. They close my account with no explanation! They get family that are scam artists who don't want to pay you and scam you out of your job. The website doesn't work at times. They have a weak and very insecure website that scam artists can get your personal information. I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy!

We found Care.com to be extremely helpful in our search for aids for our elderly parents. Each applicant would give a brief summary of past experiences and why they are seeking to work as an in home aid.

The locations do not match the miles. I keep getting places like Orlando or West Palm Beach saying they're 4 miles away. Crazy. I even put down that I won't go farther than 25 miles. Those places are way more than 4 miles. Don't know how they figure the miles. So very wrong.
