I’m grateful I have Care.com as a company I go to for extra job opportunities. I get most of my child care jobs from them in my area. Thank you so very much. Their app makes me updated so far of work offers in places I feel safe and comfortable. As they also provide good background check, I trust that the family I’m working provides safe space for me. So thank you.

The housekeeper I hired is a wonderful lady. She did a good job very detail oriented. Very caring easy to get along with.I would recommend her to others.

(For UK site) Nonsense website. Prompts you to trial premium saying you have received reviews & verifications- only when you upgrade these don't exist at all! It's not clear what premium gives you- it doesn't even say that in order to contact people or apply to jobs you need to be a member. If you take a trial once you are automatically signed up to an ongoing subscription where they take random amounts of money from your bank that don't align with their original pricing costs. I would avoid this site.

Horrible communication. No Refund policy but no reminder emails before the fee is going to be charged. Difficult to cancel subscription. Will never use or recommend this company again.

This company is a sham. They took a monthly subscription from my bank account for without notifying me. I signed up for month. I never used their site afterwards and they never emailed me about their services so I had no idea. They just continued to debit my account. The customer service is appalling and you cannot get anyone on the phone. I am trying to get my money back to no avail. I will continue to pursue them.

This site made finding a new housekeeper such an easy experience! It explained everything the site does and what they don’t do so you can make informed decisions about your hire. The site is easy to use and made communicating with potential housekeepers much more streamlined. The information they require potential hires to give is very beneficial to the searcher.

As a caregiver using their website is impossible to change anything on your profile. I contacted support numerous times and they are useless. I wasted so much time filling out information. I paid for the premium which I wasn't able to use due to their faulty website and lacking support. AVOID.
