Just discovered I’ve been monthly auto renewing for over 2 years. Haven’t received a single email from them in over 2 years, so had no idea I was subscribing. When I complained I was told it was in the small print! Avoid!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m really happy with Care.com and truly appreciate everything they offer. It’s a great company that helps a lot of people, both caregivers and families. The platform is very easy to navigate, and it makes it simple to find the right job. The job listings are clear, and the pay rates are fair. I’m very satisfied with my experience and give them five stars!

I created an account to find a last minute babysitter for our daughter. However, after registering/paying, I learned that care.com does not allow same-day bookings. They refused to offer a refund even though I was unable to use the service.

I moved to another state late last year. With the help and support I received from Care.com, I was able to hit the ground running so to speak within just a few short months of being in the new state. I appreciate the ease with which I can find work in the area I desired and at the rate that I was looking for. It was reassuring that the app kept me secure in that unless someone had a full profile, they could not interact with me nor could I interact with them. No phone numbers could be exchanged. It was very secure. Anyone with a profile that was fictitious was quickly resolved and removed from the platform. For the most part, I encountered thoughtful, caring families seeking my services.

I’ve had an account with care.com for a few years and I’ve had a great experience. It’s very easy to set up an account and I’ve had a positive experiences with the patients and their families. ( I’m currently working with two patients )I highly recommend care.com

Overall, it has been great using the app! However, at times, even without the need for an update, it will freeze and not show recent information. Also, when I get a new review and click on the link, it doesn't take me to the review.
