The company is ok but the software is either outdated or doesn't work to give you or your sitter notifications
The company is ok. Our sitter was wonderful! The problem is the system. I marked her as hired but she was never notified! Thank goodness I contacted her via text. Still don't know how to pay her because I never received the invoice to pay like last time.

WHAT do I have to do to get them to…
WHAT do I have to do to get them to STOP sending emails to my loved one! I did NOT use her name, number, email, or location for a reason - she has enough on her plate caring for her husband. Somehow they found her email, and will not stop sending her applicants. That alone is enough to say I am OUT. Horrible company.

I CANCELED THIS APPOINTMENT. I WENT NOWHERE, NEVER MET ANYONE FROM CAARE.COM AND WILL BE CACELLING MY SUBCRIPTION.SENT ME A RECEIPT FOR $165 ! They paid someone after I cancelled the job. I want my $$$ back

I am a caregiver
I am a caregiver, also a pet sitter and dog walker. Why should I have to give Care.com my credit card information? That's not how things work. This company has a bad reputation. I'll go elsewhere.

This app and website is not as…
This app and website is not as responsive and fluent as it looks. The booking, hiring and posting process is monotonous and overly complicated. I've had to edit and repost the same posts just to get someone hired. It's frustrating as the dates of care need get close.

Brenda was wonderful!
Brenda was wonderful! She arrived early and was very understanding with our toddler who was just waking up and being extra clingy. She was super nice and made us feel very comfortable before we left knowing he was in good hands. We will definitely use her again!

I had success in finding the perfect dog sitter.
I believe I was fortunate that the person who fit my need well was on the other side of your program. I had about eight interested parties, but only one who communicated well and responded to my questions. One was all I needed. The program itself had a glitch for me, but customer support was fantastic.
