She was my lifeline for driving my dad to his appointments for me while I cared for my mom this week.If the opportunity presents itself again, she will be my first call!

I paid for a premium background check 6 months ago. Now the results are no longer accessible. The Care customer service rep says it's because the results are only valid for 6 months. Nowhere when making this purchase does it list an expiration of results. If I'm going to pay for a background check I should be given a copy of the results. This place is a scam!!!

I was looking for someone to take care of my house and dogs while I was traveling. I used Care.com and could not be happier. Caroline was experienced and took fantastic care of my dogs. She was a godsend to me!

Care.com makes you pay just to be on their site. On top of having to pay extra fees for background check. Plus a lot of people flake a lot which is very annoying

Got several applications but went through half a dozen before I could get someone to confirm a date and time for availability. Frustrating. Also confusing when I offer a pay range and somebody applies who is asking for above the range. Does it mean they will accept less or ignore them because they are asking too much?

i was initially quite upset with care.com due to a miscommunication but their customer service (i was helped by Mary) has been simply outstanding in resolving my issue. they also stated that they would take my feedback into account on how to avoid such instances in the future into consideration. in my original scathing review i gave them only one star but after working with them over the past week i was very impressed at the lengths they went to fix things on their end and i am satisfied with the outcome and the service.
