I must say care.com will keep you busy with full time & part time positions available! I love the screening they do which saves you time & cost efficiency! I had a position within 2 weeks of signing up maybe less than that, you can almost guarantee to find something great through care.com

I have been a caregiver on Care.com for years. This should have been a straightforward re-application. I paid for another background check through their vendor. The results came back as Completed and Clear, as they should. However, two states display as "clear" in a different format than others, and my account was suspended because of how that was interpreted. When I contacted support, I received this exact reply: "We understand your concern and frustration regarding the temporary suspension of your account. After reviewing your information, I can confirm that your background check status is Completed and the results are Clear. I can also confirm that your Care.com account is currently active." Despite that email, my account was not active. I then received a second email from a different rep saying my account was closed and I needed to file an appeal. The conflicting information and the handling of a clear background check were very unsettling. As a long-time caregiver, I expected a clearer review process

I was able to get hired. The process through CARE.COM was very smooth. If you are patient and follow app’s instructions, you won’t be disappointed.

The company charged me and then nobody showed up and they told me no refunds. I am disabled and never again will I use this scam company because I need you to do what you tell me you are going to do. Please do not play with me. Don't trust them. They will talk completely stupid about your money after they do you wrong. I will never book with them again.

Care.com is great at connecting Nannies to families. I have been on this platform for over 5yrs and have found my last 4 families there. The only thing I can say is that matches are not always close matches. I know the information I put in determines my matches, but some are way off.

Great experience using care.com. I found my full-time housekeeper. Interviewed her and had a seemless hiriing experience. I would highly recommend care.com for anyone looking for domestic services.
