Steps to hire as simple.

I have easily found a provider, which is why I give a five star rating. However, I do not find the website to be very instructive, which bothers me. I have hired someone, but still have no idea how payment for services works, for example. Once I have learned the entire process I'm sure everything will receive five stars. Would recommend!

It is a useful platform to find a job but care.com homepay is way too frustrating.

On Care.com, I was able to sift through more options than I would have ever been able to find on my own. It provided me the ability to find the perfect fit- a caring family with the right hours and consistent pay. Without Care.com, this probably would have been impossible. I encourage other sitters, nannies, and the like to take the time to contact multiple families and review which option is best for them.

The information on the care givers and background info appears to be very good. I used my credit card to pay for a 1 month membership. I no longer need to use this sight and it has proven to be impossible to remove my credit card info. I have sent many emails, get different responses. Nothing works when following the directions as the DELETE button is not there. The reps that send me the emails finally sent me a new email link to get it resolved. I received an email back that the address is no longer monitored. I guess my only resolution will be to spend hours reporting them to the better business bureau. May be easier to report my card stolen by them and get a new number.

And the many articles on Care.com about how to select and questions to ask helped me find the perfect person!
