To sign up to be a caregiver on this site, you have to buy a subscription. Once you do, you can no longer use the website as caregiver accounts can only be accessed via their app. Well guess what? Once the payment is processed, the app doesn’t work! Their agents at the help center ask you to update the app, but when you go to do it, there’s no update to be found! So then you uninstall and re-install and… THE APP STILL WONT OPEN! It’s all one giant scam. Update: Still zero access to the service I paid for and the agents tell me that it’s NONREFUNDABLE! What a shocker! It’s a good thing my card expires this month because otherwise I’d be charged monthly for something I can’t use without being able to remove my card because I can’t access my account! I’ve reported the scam to the BBB but I doubt anything will come of it.

I signed up for the cleaning service and didn't know that they have a membership fee, I chose a cleaning person to do the job, we had a date & time and she was a no call, no show, when I contact them about why was a second payment taken from me without any service being rendered they told me they understood my frustration but they don't give refunds!

The caretaker canceled and did not show up. I need another possible candidate. Eileen Magness

The first review was sent by mistake before I had a chance to navigate the website. In one day I was able to communicate with so many qualified applicants. I signed a contract the second day & am extremely happy with how quickly I was able to find a great caregiver for my mother. I would definitely use this website in the future to fill any position needed. Thank you.

This company adds additional items onto your order without your authorization or on the final payment page. When I checked my credit charge statement, I was surprised there was an additional charge. When I contacted the company, they wouldn't do anything about it! They knew I didn't add the service, yet, would not credit the amount for their error!

Care.com was a great help to find a babysitter for our kids. It is easy to use and reliable.

Namioa is very polite. On time follows instructions. On time. Granddaughter says she felt safe.

This time as if they pretense many more? Three people were interested one didn’t call to say she could not show until 15 min prior to time we agreed. Overall paying for a service that has provided nothing just wanted house cleaner.
