They keep asking for the same documents OVER and OVER and OVER. The 2nd and 3rd time you're very suspicious it is being done on purpose to delay the process - by the 4th time it is painfully obvious that they just want you to get annoyed and give up. I am exceedingly annoyed that Chase uses this company - makes me want to move all of my cards, accounts, and investments to another company.

I submitted a claim for trip cancellation and the website stated that responses would be within 5 business days. 14 days had passed and I called customer service twice. I finally got a call back at 5:30 am. They responded that the form I submitted was incomplete because it did not provide information about patients previous condition, although I marked no as there was no previous condition.

Worst experience ever. They will never pay you. Ask documentation over and over again. Their customers service agents are trained not to help you. Awful in total.

This company is a total ripoff and a total waste of your time. They will string you along asking for the same documentation over and over again. I have submitted everything they have asked for and they started asking for the same things again. Chase uses them for their "purchase protection". SHAME ON YOU CHASE for using a company that is a total scam.

I am very disappointed to see that you guys make it so time consuming and complicated to collect from a valid claim, this is your strategy to try to make your customer tired and give up, so you end up not paying anything. Honestly, it doesn't make any sense that I invest more hours collecting extra info and extra documents that you keep asking just so I can recover just USD 100. Also you are asking me for some of the same documents that I already sent. This was my first time making a trip delay claim (purchased via Chase Sapphire Reserve) and now I learnt it is simply a waste of time.

This company Allianz is a joke. They act like they care about their employees. The job is so stressful for their employees due to Allianz being unable to maintain their server and equipment. This is a 24/7 call center due to the nature of business. Since they are a third party, they have policies that restrict you from being honest to customers. When you lie to customers, they become irate and abusive. This is traumatizing. The amount of multitasking and lack of breaks or true teamwork is impossible. It is stressful just to do this job. While insurance and legal terms are restrictive, you should be able to tell a customer NOT to upload documents because the website crashes. Or, that their electronic imaging system for claims doesn’t properly load documents due to being cheap and trying to make everything low resolution. From a customer and employee standpoint this place is not making sense. Employees that are bullies and abuse the phone system to not answer it are not written up to set an example, while those on the front lines are abused by customers. You have to incessantly check back on the phone instead of having a respectful hold time on the phone. The abuse is so bad by this company that ambulances are there on the daily. Maybe if we realize late stage capitalism is real and employees suffer too stop divorcing ourselves from the billionaire bogus mentality of money/ bottom line= GOOD and realize humans work these jobs and should be given grace and respect without the corporate brainwashing, the customers would be happier. MANAGEMENT——— Use some common sense and nurture your top performers. It isn’t brain surgery to put yourself in the shoes of those that suffer in silence to work for a barely liveable wage.

I’ve asked for $60 dollars after my flight was delayed for over 8 hours to leave the airport that had very few sitting options while eating lunch and dinner. The claim was made in October. It is now June and have only received emails to keep uploading the same receipts I’ve already uploaded. I’m so disappointed chase uses this horrible company. I want to then to AMEX for future plans based solely on eclaim.

Read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but everything ended up turning out great. The agents on the phone were polite from beginning to the very end and the whole process took about a month partially due to me not having all the information for the auto collision claim. They ended up paying $1700 for the whole claim and refunded me my $300 deposit that enterprise charged. Patience is key as it ended up working out.
