Rep Allyson Fontana
The Rep I had, Allyson Fontana could not have been any better at what she does. I felt so comfortable and at ease with her and the knowledge she shared with me. I am really going to miss her caring loving ways she has!! I feel her caring is not being faked for appearance sake. I now consider I have a new friend in my life. Your program has helped my energy and…
Your program has helped my energy and balance. I wasn’t sure at first, but was pleasantly surprised that it was interesting and invigorating. I had a great gal helping me, her name is Allison Fontana. She kept track of my breathing and if I needed anything during my sessions. Thanks so much for everything you did to help me get back to normal.

Jonathan is wonderful to work with
Jonathan is wonderful to work with. He’s understanding has given me time off when I needed to visit with my sister who lives in a nursing facility in East Tennessee because of end-stage Parkinson’s disease. So depressing to see. He’s just a great person.

Inspiration that I got from my coach…I couldn't have asked for a better coach he is absolutely awesome 👏

They are not honest
They are not honest. Told me my cost per session would be $5.00, then sent monthly statement at $59. per session. After numerous discussions, they agreed to the $5 fee for sessions completed with $59 fee for remaining sessions. I advised i could not afford that and would have to terminate they agreed to return my deposit as I was not at fault for error in pricing. Deposit never returned and all messages regarding same have been denied by Carda Health.

My pulmonologist had mentioned therapy…
My pulmonologist had mentioned therapy was something I should look into. I really didn't want to go to an office or gym with other people. But after doing a search for classes I started receiving ads on Facebook for Carda Health. After a few weeks, I finally made the call, and I am so happy that I did. The exercises were a good challenge and I was able to go at my own pace. My Exercise Physiologist ( Lupe Arrieta) was so encouraging and supportive and kept track of my progress through the 12 week program. I'm going to get my sister to look into it also and would recommend this program to anyone that needs a reason to get moving !

Started Carda Health in April
Started Carda Health in April. At this time I have check my blood pressure and oxygen level for over 60 days. With the help of equipment Carda sent me I am able check vitals every day before and after the work out sessions. With the help of the coaches the exercises I have improved my balance and strength. Special thanks go to Jonathan, he has been very helpful and positive to work with! I would recommend the program to anyone needing help.
