I joined the program because I have…copd
I joined the program because I have COPD. I enjoyed every single minute especially with Lindsey J my provider. It has helped me so much I highly recommend it. I told my pulmonologists and respiratory therapist all about it so they can tell their patients about it. Its nice to know that your vitals are being monitored daily!! I am starting the maintenance program next week. Love it!! Lora Hunold. By the way the doctors and therapist never heard of it.

I wasn’t sure what this program was…
I wasn’t sure what this program was about when I first started, but I have come to enjoy the exercises and Victoria for helping me to gain better insight on my breathing.

Very professional and knowledgeable…
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My body, mind, mobility and strength have tremendously benefited from this program. Victoria was excellent working with me throughout this program. She was and still is very courteous, understanding and professional.

First everyone was so helpful…and kind. I know from experience it is not easy working with so many people.
First everyone was so helpful especially Allyson who is personable, polite and made me feel like I'm the only person she is working with. Everyone else was just as kind, helpful and answered all the questions I had. All sessions I had were excellent experiences, so below I cannot say it was one particular date.

Carda Health is a great experience.
My experience was made great by the live people who kept up with my sessions. They responded to my calls and helped with various issues. Victoria is the person who was with me with the exercise sessions. She reviewed my medical condition before and after. She helped me with correct usage of the heart rate monitor positioning when I had it backward and battery replacement. She answered all questions helping me clarify mild, moderate, or severe breathing. Also, she is a friendly person. The thing Carda Health is doing well is utilizing person to person sessions. I needed that to get me started and help me continue. The text reminders are also good.

The staff was outstanding
The staff was outstanding, the exercise programs were excellent. I can feel a difference in myself from when I began.

The program and instructors are great .and you don't have to go to a gym.

The personal care Allison gave me
The personal care Allison gave me. I am able to walk now. Was in a wheelchair. Allison would alter which exercise on days I could not breath good.
